Happy November to you all! Now don’t worry; I won’t be the one that, once Halloween is over, bombards you with sleighbells and tinsel and peppermint mocha everything….
That’s for the entire month of December. In case you were wondering. 😉
No, no, I’ll leave that to Starbucks and their holiday coffee cups which I received on Oct 30th (ew).
November means only one thing, my friends.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING SEASON!
Yes, it deserves an entire season. A holiday dedicated to food; are you shocked at all that it is my favorite holiday of all time?
Even more than my birthday, people. No joke.
Plentiful comfort food is the best present I could ever ask for. <3
Now last year on the blog I didn’t give the Thanksgiving holiday the appropriate amount of time and dedication, and by appropriate I mean I completely ignored and neglected it like the worst food blogger imagineable.
Not this time!
I’ve planned out the entire month to dazzle you with incredible recipes to ensure you have the best Thanksgiving ever. My
best friends, aka my cookbooks, will be assisting me in the endeavor, and of course I will share any and all of my own creations as the inspiration hits me.
Speaking of inspiration…
do you remember the original stuffing muffin?
Here he is: but he was being entirely too modest and camera shy, don’t you think?
I believe he deserved a little reboot, so I’ve brought you “The Stuffin’ 2.0” this year to kick off the festivities.
What makes The Stuffin’ so incredible, you ask?
How does the idea of portable, individually portioned stuffing not intrigue you?!
The Stuffin’ takes all the fun of classic stuffing and packages into a neat, adorable, even portable, size for you and your family and friends.
Love sending leftovers home after Thanksgiving dinner? It couldn’t be easier with the help of the Stuffin’ !
Oh, and I took the initiative to try and freeze these stud muffins (teehee) and you can indeed freeze them! Just thaw them out at room temperature/in the fridge and reheat in the oven for a few minutes.
You can also microwave them; they will be slightly mushier in this case BUT sometimes, you just need that stuffin’ muffin as soon as possible. 😉
No judgment here.
The fantastic part about this is that you can try this technique with your favorite stuffing recipe! I love my stuffing recipe but there are so many marvelous ways to make stuffing, the options for stuffing muffins are endless!
ENDLESS I TELL YOU!
So there you have it: we are officially in Thanksgiving mode here on the blog.
I hope you are as excited as I am.
It’s on, my friends, IT’S ON!
Okay, I’m leaving now. Before I continue writing in caps lock.
Enjoy your weekend and as always,
