Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie equals cheesecake for breakfast. Period.
Yields: Makes Approximately 1 large (16 oz) or 2 small (8 oz) smoothies
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped (frozen if you have them!)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- pinch of sugar
- Pulse oats in the bottom of your blender for a full minute or until powdery. Add in cream cheese and milk and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the heavy cream and pinch of sugar to your blender and Pulse/Blend until mixture is smooth. Refrigerate while you make the whipped topping.
- Beat heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form, either with a stand or hand mixer. You can whip it by hand but it will take some work! Use any additional/leftover whipped cream on anything you like! :)
- Dollop a spoonful of whipped cream on top of smoothie, or stir directly into smoothie before enjoying.
